Responce Poem To Lost Youth

Response Poem To Lost Youth

Young yet dead inside
hardened like steel
through fire
no dreamy eyes
love’s first surprise
dead
with camellias on the grave
walk the streets a curse
cursing god
praying to him
from a mouth of hate
believing
as a last straw
connected to the child
before bedtime prayers were
please hide me from

and “him” became damnation.

Abused children run the streets with no safe place to go. Thank you for understanding.

Difficult to crack! Sad to see young lives in such a mess. All the best, Craig

GREAT DEPTHS OF SADNESS. Evil truly exists in this dark world--especially in man's lost soul and decaying mind.

Always good to say prayers before bed time. Always good to talk with God.
