Resentments Stain
many things
have became
overlooked over
time
many things
have been
overshadowed
covered with
resentments stain
years of misunderstandings
years of misrepresentation
years of missteps
years of unmended mistakes
have all accumulated
a top one another to
create this valley of
emotional estrangement
