Rescued
From the void,
A voice.
For ill-fated,
A choice.
From the dark,
A light.
For the heavy-hearted,
A delight.
From the pit,
A rope.
For self-defeated,
A hope.
From past battles,
A savior.
For the lost traveler,
A favor.
From the past,
A pain.
For my heart,
A gain.
From my dreams,
A view.
For evermore,
Comes you.
