Rescue

Tanka should not be titled, but since it is requested, I titled this tanka poem"

Rescue

falling silently
a windswept crown of petals
lost
with no hopes of rescue
I extend my hand

softly it comes to rest
its velvet texture speaks to me
my heart's accappella
a tear drops
the crown rescued

Caro's tanka duet

You are most welcome Caroline :) I was gone for a long time as well. Only put some of my poems back when I returned. I am glad you did not remove yours! :)
