Repressing
though the ring says
you shouldn’t,
the hips say you
should &
though lips say
you wouldn’t,
the thoughts say
you could &
though the eyes want to do it,
the hands
wanna be “good” &
though society is
watching,
the groin is sporting wood &
though the panties
are moistening,
the mind’s misunderstood &
though the heart is
beating faster,
there’s torment just under the hood.
