Rendezvous With the Reaper

I can’t remember the date of my death For the life of me. I scribbled it down on a fragment of brown Paper bag. Now where can it be? For I’d hate to miss out on that vital event; I have to be there, With everyone dressed in their ebony best— Else they’ll think I had nothing to wear!
