Rendezvous

Sun is beating
Body's heating
Await the meeting
Of my love

Thoughts are fleeting
Touches needing
Eyes are pleading
For my love

Now he enters
In he saunters
Bearing favours
For his love

Oooh la la! What I also love about this one is what is NOT written. Always a sign of great poetry. Love, Shar

Lovely - I agree - there should be a sequel - or perhaps another verse for this one :-)

Sounds like a xperfect moment, a true rendezvous. Love the easy flow to this and the imagery which conveys the meaning. Michael
