Re:Mind - the Light

Re:Mind - the light
Is the mind something that can be lost forever?
Like time, non-tangible not able to go back?
The mind is the central core of one’s soul; Thus
losing one’s mind surely means you’re a lost soul
Your saviour, a light at the end of the tunnel
beckoning attention, bright and strong enough,
to bring you back, with a fresh glimmer of hope.

Having just read your previous poem, I would say that you have a soft spot for philosophy. You study the fundamental nature of the mind and the reasoning that goes with it. Your words challenge the reader to stop and think. It is good to believe in a saving light...a positive outlook to rely on! // paul

Yes Paul I like to think positivity wins every time it's what gets me thru my worst days, but constantly ponder how my own mind works and that of those around me :) warm regards Laura
