Remember
Do you remember
how the stars shine
above the crystal line
of the horizon
on the darkened Earthly sea?
How the sands whispered
and the birds whistled
as we drifted off
into the sea?
How the waves
clashed against the boat
and we were barely afloat?
How we awoke on
a distant shore…
