Religion

you are here alone again
in your sweet insanity
hiding yourself from the truth
i want to know, do you call it liberty?

the fields are filled with desires
my voice is crying for freedom
but words will fade away in vain
i am the only person you run from

with a blinded mind, you are singing
a glorious and beautiful song
the angels flutter in the distance
all hallucinations, your perceptions are wrong

i am by your side again
in a bittersweet serenity
planning a way out of this space
a hallowed shell is your identity
