Releasing Your Frustrations
Submit
Not to another
Neither to your inhibitions
Let them be cast like a coat in summer
Free the spirit
That resides within you
Thereby submitting to yourself
Through that
All frustration will release
Only at that time will joy arise
As euphoria becomes the reality for all
