Releasing Sadness
Words that flow, from the mind of a split soul,
Ones that were hidden, for so many years,
Thrown free, departing selflessly with a goal.
No conspiracy, only massed to share some tears.
To show others, they are not alone with fears.
Poetic thoughts that create thinking, not cash.
Insatiable writing, my passion, to ease my bash,
When years were early, my life had no control.
When I married, I was lost, without any peers.
No friends, that cared or that would console.
Holding my words, thoughts developed arrears.
The passion that I have, I give back in reveres.
Joy swings from my mind, within a single dash.
Wiping the ages of tears, loosening miseries gash.
Seeing or hearing, they read my literary bowl.
Wraps my spirit brightly, into a battle of cheers,
Sincerity of welcomed words, keeps me whole.
Visited by ones I do not know, truly endears.
When spoken too by friends, chills my ears.
Releasing my sadness, directs my heart in a flash.
My fortitude developed, bringing me a joyful slash.
