Release
My limbs as heavy as mountains,
My mind chaotically at peace.
My emotions flood like fountains,
And my thoughts will never cease.
Frustration mounts my angered soul,
Yet too tired to let that be,
So instead I chose to write this scroll,
Releasing torment out of me.
I go to a place inside my mind,
A place of majestic simplicity,
And in this realm I yearn to find,
It bringing calm and peace to me.
