Relaxation

I stand here in the sunlight as the warmth rains down upon me The breeze dances around me like children at play The distinct smell of honeysuckle is in the air and it is as sweet as sugar Sounds of nearby trees flow with excitement as the leaves sing out Life is peaceful and serene and all is calm There is no fog ahead nor behind, only never-ending blue skies The deep breathe i take in fills my lungs with the crisp clean air Clean, vibrant and childlike, its knowingly new I have no thoughts only a quiet sense of spirituality My body is weightess and completely at ease I feel alive without stress or worry and only love is in my heart I am floating in a sense of inner peace and comfort Life is good....................................
