Rejoicing In the Assurance of God

Blessed birthday to my dearest eldest brother. This poem is dedicated to you, my best kuya, Manong Rudy, who I believe can testify this: Rejoicing* am I in God’s love Overwhelming me through His compassion Driving my spirit for good works’ performance Opening to me opportunities to praise Him joyously Leading my steps toward good success Filling me with blessings to share Offering His grace for triumphant pursuits… Assured by the Word of the Almighty with heavenly confidence Guarded by His presence with steadfastness Upheld by His mercy and truth Settled in His care as with faith I trust His power.
