Rejoicing In the Assurance of God
Blessed birthday to my dearest eldest brother. This poem is dedicated to you, my best kuya, Manong Rudy. I believe that by the grace of the Lord, you can declare this testimony:
Rejoicing* am I in God’s love
Overwhelming me through His compassion
Driving my spirit for good works’ performance
Opening to me opportunities to praise Him joyously
Leading my steps toward good success
Filling me with blessings to share
Offering His grace for triumphant pursuits…
Assured by the Word of the Almighty with heavenly confidence
Guarded by His presence with steadfastness
Upheld by His mercy and truth
Settled in His care as with faith I trust His power.
Taught to serve as His faithful steward with my family
I am so blessed, verily grateful…
Now and forever praising Jesus Christ, my Saviour and Lord.
*Philippians 1:26 That your rejoicing may be more abundant in Jesus Christ.

A very blessed happy birthday to you. God be praised and thanked for your life. It’s my prayer that the Lord will constantly bless you, and your family as you continue to become a blessing to others. I’m so blessed to have you as my big brother. I love you, Manong.
