Rejoice, Here Comes Tomorrow
“There’s many grieving hearted find healing
When someone's repentance is revealing.”
Do not worry regarding yesterday
There's always tomorrow, another day
Best to chase negative thoughts from your head
Things you truly regret doing or said.
Hearts are so easily broken and bruised
Beware when knowing you're in a foul mood
Stop a while and inhale a few deep breaths
Avoid angry words and any upset.
We're only human, have all made mistakes
Repent in your heart and do it in hast
Always apologise if you do wrong
No burning bridges, leaving things too long.
Express regret when the action is due
It'll benefit them, same as it will you
Sorry may be only a little word
To some it's the biggest word in the world.
Render a warm hug with words that are sweet
Much nicer than let someone suffer grief
Life's too precious to wallow in sorrow
Rejoice, rejoice for here comes tomorrow.
