Rejected Departure: Releasing Rue

Release me…I need to let go…
Believe in me…reflect on me…
Release me…let me go with the flow
Let me grow and see…the light at the end of the tunnel
There’s other fish in the sea…

V.3:
I reject the thought of our departure a bit ~
We’ll be in unity someday…I’m sure of it!
You threw your load on me and pushed me to the ground
Somehow…I knew that you were gonna leave me speechless
I never knew…I never knew things would get this far
I didn’t know I was lost and now I’m found by the Lord of accord
I never knew…I never, ever knew things didn’t work out for the better or for
the worse – I’m happy I made it this far
But, I’m not looking for any attention, praise or even a single award…

(Pre-Chorus):
I’m rejecting departure that leads to rue
How dare you…you…abandoning me…
Out of the blue…blue…out of the blue…blue
I’m done with you-ou…
