Rejected

In the open
yet, out of sight
I'll wait
Biding my time
I'm better off rejected
Trust me, I'm used to it.
Fully clothed
yet, naked
Forcefully I'll smile
Biding my time
I'm better off rejected
After all, I'm used to it.
Outcast
Unwelcome
It feels good to hear some honesty
too strange
too ugly
It feels good to hear some honesty
I'm better off rejected
Honestly, I'm used to it.
too close to rejection
I've come to accept it
I'm not worthy of affection
Might as well be rejected.
