Regrets

REGRETS

We all are confronted
Sometimes in our life
When living’s too tough
Death dealing the strife.

Over whelmed with yesterdays
That appear late at night
Some memories of the past
A painful sad sight.

We long for the moments
And what could have been
And the folks that we love
Regrets…a sad sin.

It’s a sin to waste time
To live life too fast
So bundle up memories
The kind that will last.

Lillian was your golden butterfly. Said beautifully .I hope you can read my comment to Silent one and hope you agree. At 62 you've still got time to have a few more regrets. HA HA. No, no more. You up late again?

Life is too short ot live in regret, yes we make mistakes, but we cant regret them all our lives, we learn lessons and we move one and ensure we do not do the same again.. it is pointless being bitten twice by the same dog... Great words Barbara...

I agree! You know if God can put our sins as far away as the sunrise is from the sunset...what's a few regrets. Thanks for courage you give..by saying, " Nice words"bbn
