Regrets

Was it a year ago this very day Untouched by Winter's chill, our lips had met ? I think of you and what I did not say, A moment passed, a moment of regret. And now again the Winter wind does blow. Was it a year, or a century ago?

This kind of melancholy swings my mood, reminding me of such memories I can't forget. A fine write, Peter. You've been underread, and I will read more of you. I may not always comment, for to do so would fill your email if you have that notice turned on.

Life is too short for regrets Peter, what has been has been... WE all learn lessons from our mistakes, and hopefully not make them again..

You're right of course. Don't look back, but if you must, look and learn and move on. Not always as easy as it sounds. Thanks for your comment.
