Refreshed Anew

I'd like to thank he who tell pray,
Bestowed this undeserved day,
To eve the storm a brewing,
The sun which saw the eyes of he,
Who stares in search of warmth so scarce,
Forgotten is its remedy,
For all who see its majesty,
Bright orb, on blue a silhouette,
Cliched romance it manifests,
A shadow, of its reverence,
Petrified in recollect,
And so in gratitude we sit,
To man or God or fated chance,
That let us even catch a glimpse,
Of daydreams framed in sunlight blue,
That gives us hearts refreshed anew.
