Reflections From Bethlehem

Chosen for a role that only he could fulfill...
The earthly father of Jesus was really a big deal.

In a stable in Bethlehem with the stars big and bright...
He was the conductor for the world's greatest night.

He and Mary were the central figures in the cast...
And now God's plan of redemption will always last.

Joseph was the earthly father with whom Jesus was to be...
And because of him and his obedience Jesus now is a blessing to you and me.

It all started in Bethlehem many years ago...
And Joseph was there and that's something that we all need to know.

Joseph played his part like you and I too...
And playing your part is the greatest thing you can do.
