Reflection On a Changing World

Remember those days we once shared,
With friends and loved ones who cared.
Those times will return to us again I pray
Though changed somehow, someway, someday.

We will meet each other, face to face,
Not masked up, stepped away a pace.
Curfews will be a thing of the past,
We'll all be able to roam again, at last.

Until that time we all, as one, must agree,
To help each other, me to you and you to me.
Observe the decrees laid down by law for us,
To keep us all safe with minimum fuss.

Stay safe, stay well, and soon we'll share
That brave new world waiting out there.

God Bless us all.

An appealing sincere poem abd poetic plea to return to normalcy as the new normal has led to stagnation and flopping of normal life though i hope we all can learn from it positively too. Kudos for a superb poem. ........ - - - - - /==#plz do read and comment my newest poem too.
