This poem came about this morning. And I just wanted share my thoughts with you all. I internalize and I ask " myself these questions first. Enjoy:-) Alexis
It’s so much chaos in the world and folk are just mad. When that happens all hell breaks loose. Then on lookers say, why are they so mad and angry? Is there a reason for such madness? In most case, you're Darn right. Being mad is not the culprit, what one “does” in anger is. Get mad at injustices of the world and start a revolution. Don't sit and stew on it and let it become something vicious. When that happens it's like poison in your veins. We must not let “our” valid reason to be mad or angry cause us to do something foolish. Let anger influence you to to do something good for the betterment of us all. 3-16-19 Alexis Y.

Or realize your anger, in many cases, is a sadness you should face for growth. I learned in AA meetings (no, not a drinker - don't like the buzz, it's a long story) that things that make me sad make others angry. I really enjoyed this. You have a velvet soft layer that shows in this poem, love that. Poetry hugs ... CayCay

Boy, do we all need to hear this! We make loving the answer, when we stop to breathe, and choose something constructive!

I often remind myself that we are to have a “sound mind”, one at peace. In order to do that I look up and remember God. Enjoyed your internal questions.

Hi Alexis, I love your poem, everything and everybody makes the world a chaotic maze of frustrations! Sometimes I don't understand why politics are so confusing, why today i've got a mile long shopping list and why my best friend is so very sick! I become angry that people don't choose to aid pollution, maybe join an association that protects wildlife, to me humans are self destructive - what a shame! But life is sweet, like you are Alexis - it gets us all down at times. Poetry hugs, Jenny

The channeling of anger can lead to positive things, Alexis. Allowing anger to linger can result in madness. Well said! Best wishes, Carolyn
