Redeemed
“Therefore the redeemed of the LORD shall return, and come with singing unto Zion; and everlasting joy shall be upon their head: they shall obtain gladness and joy; and sorrow and mourning shall flee away.” Isaiah 51:11 of the King James Bible
Redeemed am I by the Lord through His grace
Such is scriptural truth my soul does claim
Gripped with compassion of salvation brace.
Steadfastly running along Christian race
My faith testifies upon prayer flame
Redeemed am I by the Lord through His grace.
Believing that God does forgive sin trace
My heart seeks pardon to cleanse guilty shame
Gripped with compassion of salvation brace.
Thankful for blessings filling empty space
My spirit shares Gospel of mercy’s fame
Redeemed am I by the Lord through His grace.
Fulfilling roles in every assigned place
My commitment stays fixed on divine frame
Gripped with compassion of salvation brace.
Cheerfully glowing midst reaching-out pace
My service and stewardship deeds exclaim
Redeemed am I by the Lord through His grace
Gripped with compassion of salvation brace.
