Notes About The Poem

Image result for pictures of an older woman walking a small dog at early red sunrise on hilly surroundingse

red sun rising

red sun rising blue, red, fuchsia striated horizon .... damp air surrounds not even a crow's caw and then unusual animal sounds
We'll call this one a made up Tanka using Jack Collum's word count like in his word count Haiku.

Enjoy the rising sun. So many houses around me that I cannot really enjoy the sunrise.

I can imagine, Victor, that living in a city or a really close suburban area would be quite different than living rural like I do. I am thankful for being able to see sunrises and sunsets now. Thank you for the visit and kind review. Sara K.
