Red Red Rose

It was long ago in the moonlight the stars were silver and gold the sand was silk beneath our feet as the wind from the sea blew cold one sweet sad kiss was our last goodbye a red rose fell from your hand for i see it again in a thousand dreams bright petals lye there on the sand it was long ago in the moonlight how fast times river flows magic the moment that never returns when love was a red red rose. Hello Scott, Yes the poem is about a love that is not allowed the sad part is that it is true! Two young hearts first time lovers pulled apart by others. To this day the moment has never returnd..Maybe one day who knows!
