Red Moon

A hot summer evening in the California wine country, Heat has dried all the grapes on vine, Grape vines are all dried, twisted, to be cast away soon, No rain, no rain clouds, it looks like forest fires are in sight. As the day's embers fade and twilight approaches, A red moon rises, casting an eerie glow in the sky. Its fiery hue mirrors the burning forest below, Where flames dance among the trees, reaching ever higher. The crimson moon peers through the smoke-filled air, Casting an ominous light on the charred landscape. The crackling of the flames echoes like a haunting melody, As they consume the once lush and vibrant greenery. The red moon's reflection dances upon the scorched earth, Creating an otherworldly ambiance, both beautiful and tragic. The forest's fury and the moon's fiery gaze intertwine, Creating a spectacle of destruction and celestial wonder. People watch on TV in horror, Their lifelong treasures burnt down in hour, Some try to risk their life, to stay put and fight the fire, It is This or That for the treasures of life. There is always optimism in life, The fires will be put down, People will recover some of their treasures of memory, The moon will return to its adorable glory.
