Recluse

They stay by themselves even current
at times as God's faithful servant
delighting in being fervent
resembling a hermit
they don't need people to confirm it
as is a card proceed to surf it
taking to adoring surfeit
to be their final verdict

Your words are true...and there's a little recluse in everybody...

Many loners are never lonely; instead they enjoy the company of nature and solitude; in quiet and peace they recharge their batteries and perform to the best of their ability. Your poems always get me musing, Angela! Best regards // paul

Some find solace in solitude--and perhaps gain wisdom. Well said, Angela.

Now though I live most of my time alone, I cannot envisage myself a hermit. Loved your poem. ~~
