Reclaiming

Go outside, feel the ground beneath your feet, breathe
Cry out to the Earth , Mother is her name and you are here in her cradle
Push your fingers into the dirt , reclaim your energy
Forget about the world and its sins, its horrors , the passing of time
Things we can't control
Some of our pain is meaningless, so let it go
Safe in her arms
quit getting lost in those stars, they don't see you they never look down
Feel the ground beneath your feet, just breathe
