Receiving and Examining Truth -Acts 17: 11
God is indeed complete in all truth
every word that’s uttered from His tongue
indeed truth incarnate to fullest degree
to this world divine truth has sprung
When God works by His holy spirit
planting an eagerness in seekers heart
developing spiritual birth really strong
as His word pins them back like a dart
Daily the scriptures receive examination
checking out the words of apostle Paul
as so should all genuine truth seekers
leaving nothing unturned nothing at all
So whether it’s Paul Moses or Jesus words
holy scriptures is divinely inspired and sent
God spoke through His holy prophets of old
conveying His message eternally meant
So take heed to do all God declares
for His warnings and comforts are real
listen well to all of His godly truth
follow Him true and fully with all zeal
(‘They received the message with great eagerness and examined the scriptures every day to see if what Paul said was true’. Acts 17: 11)
