Recast the Day
let's get up with a deep breath
while it's still morn
and cast our own bright sun
not let this gloomy day
dictate a sour mood
let's you and I
jump up with joy
and infuse our day
with fun and laugh
and wild adventure
until exhausted
we paint ourselves
a most magnificent
well earned sunset
