Recall

In early August the order was placed
He was inserted inside his crate
With designs in hand the builders raced
Inside my brother was to wait
Safe inside from harm

Awaiting his debut
On his head they covered with just a hint of hair
They painted his eyes blue
A likeness to his designer he did share
He could suck a thumb at the end of his arm

Misfortune befell him today
This days not one of joy
All his dreams have been torn away
All the dreams of this little boy
January 15, his order was aborted

hmmm, is this about a robot? It feels like sci fi to me! Or were you speaking figuratively about abortion? I think it would work for both cases!
