Reborn
They say the things that don't kill you, make you stronger.
I say I don't want to talk about it any longer
It's been some time now.
Will this wound ever heal?
Some way somehow.
I will Accomplish the impossible,a way to not feel.
I will erase my memory, trust me it is easiest that way.
And look forward to the future
Tomorrow is truly another day.
Numb, that is what I will be,
Dumb, when asked to recall memories that hurt me.
They say the things that don't kill you, make you stronger.
I say I don't want to talk about it any longer.
No more think,hurt,remember and weep
I will be normal Wake up,eat, work, and sleep
Life will be easy, there's nothing to fear.
Trouble?i will just stay clear
I need to revert back to who I used to be.
Before the contradictions, abuse and lies changed me.
I will start over, dumb out my brain
Live life as a simpleton, normal and sane
They say the things that don't kill you, make you stronger.
I say if I don't forget I can't do this any longer.
