Reborn

I may be a slave,
I may be a bird in a cage,
I may be just one
But I am me,
And I am here,
With wings to fly
And words to fear,
I stand before you,
Bringing you a bouquet,
That you may smile
To brighten your day
Oh, beautiful rose,
A smile sweeter than day
Lighten my hour,
This day forth,
With each passing
Moment, I am re-born
Take my hand,
And come, walk with me.
