Rebirth

I want to change the world.
Release the tape on the Pamper
Because it is overflowing with the byproduct
Of our indulgence, selfishness, and condemnation.

I want to wipe the earth
With a moist cloth of kindness, love
and acceptance.
Our skin is sensitive to the corrosion
Of the waste from our consumption.
We need a fresh start.

I want to protect the future.
Rub on a barrier of respect for everyone and everything,
Like Desitin on a rash.
Provide for our descendants the hope
That we have forgotten.
