Rebellious

Nowhere still I have yet to decide Yes, how to skip Where to go To evade solitude Haunting from all corners. Yesterday night The torrential rain Dampened my spirit Now the cloudy dawn Adds to misery, Lazy, bereft of hopes The dull mood Is painted black But the lightening woes Keep on striking From out of the blue? The far-off hillock Through the misty view Still looks beautiful But the mask of gloom From where I aspire To liberated myself Is totally surrounded By hopes deceitful How should I free myself Lo mighty destiny ! The tentacles of solitude Still hold me in their grip, Injecting venom of frustration They lurk for the right time To capture and squeeze The youthful essence, perhaps That confronts solitude’s might.
