Realization

When a lover
Jilts
And the universe 
Tilts
Emotional traction
Is lost
And realization
That your life
Is a lie
Sweet whispers
But an illusionary trick
Keeps you bounded 
With a smile
Their emotional greed
Unselfish fleshy sins
Sends your thoughts
Into a spin
Searching for
Forgiveness
In the passes
Of moral high grounds
Questioning
Questioning
Your right
To complain
If at all
Individual
We are
With our
Needs
Wants and desires
What are the chances
That two
To meet
And lock
Step by step
Kiss by kiss
Embrace by embrace
Not exceedingly high
If at all
So life
Is lonely
Love 
Can be too
The realization
Completely barren
