Reality For Two

“You like it black, if I remember, don’t you?”
“Oh no, for I take mine with some sweetness.”
“Two lumps will then do?”
“Oh please make it three for neatness”

While some prefer it with clumps of kindness
Others prefer to take it more bare
Some detest it when it is cooled to sadness
Others have little regard or care

A scalding blackened bitter cup of reality
Is ever a thing for one’s mind to endure
A tickling taste of Sanity
Is something I hope you prefer
