Real Romance

Fantasy

Chocolates,
red roses,
kiss me now.

Pink tea lights,
red satin
negligée

Eyes promise,
lips confirm
lovers' vows.

In Real Life

At my door
fresh flowers,
imagined.

Romantic
Valentine,
you are not,

yet each day,
you provide
all I need.

very nice. Now I need to go see the rules on this form. Looks like it is purely based on syllable count?

This was really sweet, Suzanne. You exalt the ordinary as being the real beauty, and the fantasy as being frivolous. Your short phrases and contrast worked well with each other. Love sincerity, as always.
