Ready To Shoot

My pen is full of ammo and ready to shoot
The weight on my shoulders is too heavy for you
Never been the type to live a lie, would rather hit them with the deadliest truth
My pen is full of ammo and ready to shoot

You can judge me because I've never been to church
But you won't tell me that what a pastor speaks is more important than what I put in a verse
My pen is my weapon and my words are my shield
Tell me when you're ready to meet me on the battlefield

Finger on the trigger but will you pull it?
1 rhyme of mine is equal to a thousands full clips
I'll put my number out, and wait for you to call it
Challenging me to a write off, is as risky as the first drink for a recovering alcoholic

You would struggle to take the picture that my words capture
Put my heart in every line, because every verse matters
Writers block doesn't exist, its nothing more than a myth
My pen won't jam up, there isn't a target I can't hit

My pen is full of ammo and ready to shoot
The weight on my shoulders is too heavy for you
Never been the type to live a lie, would rather hit them with the deadliest truth
My pen is full of ammo and ready to shoot
