Ready, Set, Go

No matter what I try to do to be normal,
I can't stop asking, "What is normal?"
Everyone around me is running,
And I can't help wondering, "Where are they going?"

I ask myself the age old question, "Why do we live, just to die?"
But I get no answer.
The world keeps spinning and I wonder if it will ever stop,
And if it does, what then?

When will the water no longer be wet?
What happens if the sun doesn't come up in the morning?
Or if the people realize that no matter how long they run,
They never get any further in life?

But I realize that to be ignorant is to be human,
I should get rid of all the questions and start the race,
So I have three words left to say to you,
Ready, Set, Go.
