When I decide to read a book
To find the contents put inside
I try to find the writer's hook
To see images that reside

That makes a story out of knots

To talk of lives whether false or true

As they create this story in my head

Pantoum poetry is NOT easy Charles Reese April 28, 2026 at 4:25 PM The pantoum style is one of my favorite to write in I think the first verse is the hardest after that I write down the 2 repeating lines then write the other 2 the last verse never fails to suprise me in just how easily the lines fit together
