Read me a poem in the warmth of your tone
Weave me a poem in the breath of your soul
Sing me a poem in the cheers of your clouds
Whisper me a poem in the calming wine
So smooth
Sparkling as your words sink in
Deep in there where only love can touch
Far in there where dreams are reality
Read me a poem
Tonight as the dark comes in
Light me with the candle of romance
Share your all to me
I share my everything with you
Surrendering the words to each other
Each well penned in the palms of our strengths
Each waiting to be released
So as to be felt
So as to be held
Read me a poem in the golden rays
Of a rose flower
Teach me a poem in the petals so young
To keep the freshness going
To water the coming wonders
For only our lips to promise
For only our words to see
