Read Between the Lines
Every written line in a poem,
Or in any favorite song;
There lies a deeper meaning
Of what is right or wrong.
Everyone is indeed entitled
To express his own opinion;
It makes him more mature
In giving self-interpretation.
The term 'ends of the earth'
Teaches time element;
'Ascending from the east'
Is all about shining moment.
Yes, even single or one word
May say a myriad of pictures;
Just like a solitary pen
Loaded with a million signatures.
Take note, a thousand years
May speak of a single day;
And a little worm's words
Tell its low status in gray.
Behold the wind blowing
Not fresh but hot in every corner;
It may be the outbreak of war
That happened the world over.
Inviting innermost thoughts
Live inside the writer's mind;
Muse them not in maze,
Read between the lines.
