Rastaman Vibration

Rastaman vibrations tell History spun upon its head Anancy web roping Gretel No more witches, all name calling dead Rastaman vibrations shaking earth And phony customs, soldiers looking like buffalos Mystic Maus Maus from birth Nazarites without halos. Rastaman vibrations shaking off the blues Of freedom fighters, burning Sensimalia so we can walk the cold without shoes Don't judge the dreadlocks in your yearning His eyes are red because of tears For history that he has shed Times when his security was violated, fears Of the Palace and its living dead They chained us and framed him, beat On his Marooned consciousness Incessant waves at the concrete feet Of chanelled bitterness Rastaman vibration, understand It's natural when experience teaches the man He will not be blown away like sand From the sacred commission of a plan. Rastaman vibration, you outside the circle Will see, hear, but never understand But I have swam with the turtle, Patient, beautiful, wise, oldest in the land.
