Random Thought

Blossoming forth,
is a new idea,
a new perception,

a family of trees,
standing, like living monuments,
attesting to the great majesty of nature,
a triumph over our own baby steps into achieving solidarity,

here nations still quarrel,
and eventually fall,
us grey, nature green;
for the elements were not meant to be seen,

buildings stand like murderous mountains,
smothering the earth,

and one begins to wonder why,
why would nature spring us forth,
if we so seek to murder her.
