Ramona Sheep
To everyone who passed her way
Ramona Sheep would always say
My desire is to fly
They would suggest other things
(None of which included wings)
That are fun to try
So Ramona Sheep no more said
Though she flew inside her head
Her dream refused to die
One blissful day she lost became
The dragon met that had no flame
All it did was sigh
Seeing a cloud of smoke it made
Ramona Sheep soon on this laid
Not really knowing why
Both could not believe their eyes!
That dragons cloud began to rise
Lifting Ramona high
Now far away her flock she saw
Counted all a hundred and four
To them waved goodbye
Upon the fields below she gazed
This patchwork quilt her amazed
With joy began to cry
From the cloud Ramona hopped
Above a mountain it had stopped
Said - Happy now am I !
Sometimes looking up she sees
An animal passing over the trees
Floating in the sky
