Rambling Thoughts In Panic Mode
Rambling thoughts in panic mode
careen inside my head.
Fear of failure,
criticism,
deathly stares,
and pangs of guilt.
Take a breath.
Close your eyes.
Let serenity surround
with calming words
like chamomile
the mind relaxes now.
