He came to live with us at the age of 9 weeks in 2003 March Besides absolute cuteness and pure innocence, He also brought immeasurable joy along His silky smooth velvety fur was jet black His big brown beautiful eyes twinkled with warmth He had quite big front paws although he was small With a curious look, he would check out the whole house and the backyard Slowly, chewing on shoes and coffee table became his preferred time pass Soon, running around holding pillows and remote controls in his mouth got added to that When left alone, he showed his disapproval with loud barks Always made sure that he was included in the clan He loved swimming, running and going on long walks And enjoyed gobbling up food of all sorts He exhibited his alpha leadership by choosing the route of the daily walk Demonstrated great manners and tolerance around other dogs He took time to sniff bushes and sidewalks As if reading a newspaper with minute details to understand all facts He would get very excited to go on rides in the cars And loved sitting in the kids’ beds to nap and relax With his intelligent look and confident and composed demeanor he earned respect from all Taught us honesty, forgiveness, wisdom and life skills through his behavior without talking at all For every member of the family he became their life’s significant part By being a calm, patient, easygoing, loyal friend to lean on He greeted guests holding a stuffed toy in his mouth when the doorbell rang And made all the visited friends and relatives become his big fan His sheer presence reflected feeling of security and serene calm Around children he was an adorable, gentle, sweet, compliant fur ball He kept us entertained for 15 years by being our faithful, affectionate sweetheart Leaving back precious memories, became one with the universal soul in 2018 March
